Answers to frequently asked questions

Bills will be issued monthly and are due upon presentation. They cover the service charge for one month in advance from the date of the bill.

 

If you are installed in the middle of the month, you will get a statement that day for the remaining days in that month. You may handle this statement one of two ways.

  1. Pay the bill.
  2. Pay that bill with the first full month's bill that will come out on the 1st of the following month.

 

Cloudwyze prepares and sends out its statements to be in the hands of its customers on the first day of each month. If the bill is not paid on time, a “Reminder Notice” is emailed to the customer. If the bill is still not paid when the new bills are prepared, the amount due will appear on the bill as a previous balance.

 

At Cloudwyze, we not only care about our customers, but we also care about our environment. We are doing our part to be environmentally conscious by providing paperless billing. For this reason, we do not offer paper bills. Your bill will be sent to you via email every month. You may also log onto your portal at My.Cloudwyze.com to view your statement.
