      Portal Set-Up Instructions for Customers

      How to Access your Portal 

      1. You received an email from internet@cloudwyze.com to verify your email address in the payment portal. If you do not see it, check your spam folder!
        • If you have not yet received an email for the payment portal, please call!
      2. Once you have confirmed your email, log in here: My.cloudwyze.com
      3. Select “Don't remember your password?”
      4. Enter the email that you used to sign up for service.
      5. You will get another email to reset the password and log into the system.
